Mat Circuit - Glutes, Thighs and Core 3-20-19

You'll need a Fitness Circle and a Hip Circle / Slingshot. Using a traditional fitness format with a Mat workout is a great way to add variety and fun to your program. In this workout, we complete 4 rounds of exercises that focus on the abs and lower body. We’ll perform 3 sets of each round. I’m using an app called seconds.
