Mat and Reformer Mobilize and Strengthen Workout 12-4-17

This workout starts and ends with Mat for some mobility and then adds reformer for mobility and strength. It’s a full body, intermediate level, program. Using the principles of Pilates and adhering to principles of alignment, each exercise is placed in the program with attention to smooth transitions and taking the body on a journey: Engage the muscles and heat up the body in order to mobilize, refresh and re-energize.
