Lower Body Circuit is a full lower body endurance workout. Complete 2-4 rounds of the workout depending on available time and level of participant. There are 6 exercises in each round. Each exercise is performed for 50 seconds and then there is a 10 second rest / transition period. The exercises were ordered so that you work opposing muscles from one exercise to the next allowing for faster recovery. Programming Tips Circuits are a great way to get a lot of exercises performed in a relatively short amount of time. It’s also a great way to boost the metabolism as you can do the exercises one right after the other. This is a great workout for those who can only workout out 2 or 3 times per week, especially when combined with with our Upper Body Circuit. Adding Weights, progressions and time increases will add challenge as you or your class get stronger.
