Legs and Abs Workout 4-24-20

Equipment: Step or Bench, Dumbbells, Slingshot Thigh Band, Pilates Circle. This workout consist of Circuits with exercises for the legs and abs. Circuits are a very efficient way to work out. This workout is challenging and about 45 minutes long.
