This dynamic Jumpboard workout uses Interval Training. This is a great workout for those who are just beginning, but also for those who want a very challenging workout without a lot of choreography. Using various body positions allows you to train the muscles around each joint and provide a balanced workout. Interval times can be adjusted to meet the fitness level of the client and for the time available for the workout.Programming Tips:The recommended springs are for MerrithewÌ´ equipment.
