This dynamic Jumpboard workout uses Interval Training. This is a great workout for those who want a very challenging workout without a lot of choreography. Using various body positions allows you to train the muscles around each joint and provide a balanced workout. Interval times can be adjusted to meet the fitness level of the client and for the time available for the workout. Programming Tips: The recommended springs are for a STOTT PILATES® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
