When I’m short on time and want an advanced kick-butt Reformer workout , I include these 5 exercises. This program is short, but it’s full body, balanced and really fun. Programming Tips: These exercises can be performed on their own as a quick workout, or can be added to a longer program. I do believe that Pilates should be completed a few times per week to get the most benefit. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
