This is a full body workout using this incredible and versatile piece of the traditional Pilates equipment. We take traditional pilates exercises and put them together into a fun and challenging workout. All muscle groups are worked during this program.
Programming Tips The recommended springs are for the STOTT PILATES® Chair. Other manufacturers chairs will need different spring settings. Also, this is an intermediate / advanced workout. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
* For all exercises, and especially those marked, be sure that participants are in the positioned correctly so that they do not fall off of the chair.
**Trained Professionals are recommended to spot clients on advanced exercises.
