This cross-training workout is fast paced and challenging. Using tabata style intervals and grouping exercises together, utilizing equipment available in most studios, this is the ultimate fat blaster. There are 8 sets of exercises performed in rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of recovery and transition.
