This is part of the series, JG Team Workouts. Filmed at John Garey Fitness & Pilates in Long Beach, CA, these workouts are created by John and highlight class formats offered to our clients each day. John teaches these workouts to the instructors and staff at the studio, as programming examples and for a little team fun. Get ready to sweat a lot too.In this JG Team workout, we've selected a class we call JG X-Train, or cross training. It's a full body workout consisting of 4 rounds. Each round consists of 3 exercises that are performed in sequence. The first exercise is cardio based, the second is upper body strength based and the third is core based. This format is a an efficient way to burn calories and get the most out of an hour of work. This program is perfect for those who workout 2-3 times per week.
