JG Team Workout - Trampoline 6-9-17

The trampoline is a great way to add cardio, intensity, and fun to your workout. It's one of the most popular classes at our Long Beach Studio. I wanted to film an example of an interval type class. This class uses intervals of high intensity cardio, strength and balance work for a wonderful complement to Pilates workouts. The following workout is about 25 minutes in length, but when I teach it at our studio, I just add another round to each set and a core section to the end to make it 50 minutes.
