This is the first workout in the series, JG Team Workouts. Filmed at John Garey Fitness & Pilates in Long Beach, CA, these workouts are created by John and highlight class formats offered to our clients each day. John teaches these workouts to the instructors and staff at the studio, as programming examples and for a little team fun. So join us for these workouts, and learn how to program, teach and perform all of the exercises within each format. Get ready to sweat a lot too.In this first JG Team workout, we've selected a Strength-based class. It's a full body workout performed in 4 rounds. Each round consists of 3 exercises that can be performed back to back. The workout starts with a warm-up and ends with a cool down. It's a time based workout which is great for working with groups that are at different fitness levels. Regressions and progressions are provided to enable all levels to get a proper workout. This format is a fun and challenging way to provide an efficient strength based program to multiple levels of clients. This program style is perfect for those who workout 2-3 times per week.
