JG Strength Workout 11-17-17

This workout is one I’ve taught at my studio in Long Beach, CA. It requires minimum equipment, works the whole body and is performed in rounds and sets so that you can get the most out of your workout time. Each round has three exercises that are performed for 50 seconds, followed by a 10 second transition. Each round is completed two to three times, depending on the time you have.
