This workout is a progression of its beginner version. It continues to incorporate anatomical Pilates Principles with Yoga Postures in a safe, efficient and effective full body flow and is sure to leave you feeling no muscle or joint left unturned. We will move both more fluidly and three dimensionally now that we have the basics and are ready to incorporate side planks in all its glory. Prepare to find your Zen strength.
