The Reformer Strength and Mobility Workout is an intermediate level workout using the Maple Pole and Fitness Circle™ for variety. We combine more traditional Reformer work with some fitness based moves for a perfect combination of exercises. It is a full body workout.
Programming Tips:
The recommended springs are for a Merrithew® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers may need different spring adjustments. Not all exercises are for all people, so pick and choose the exercises that are best for you or your clients.
