Intermediate Reformer Workout 4-30-18

This workout is full of more of my favorite Reformer exercises. We’ll be working to strengthen the core, as well as, the arms and legs. So it’s full body and intense. There are so many great ways to program on the Reformer and I think you’ll really enjoy this one. Programming Tips: Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
