Intermediate Reformer Workout

This workout is intermediate, full-body, and starting in a non-traditional way. We’ll begin warming up the upper body and then the lower body and then perform some of the intermediate repertoire in a fluid way. Programming Tips: The recommended springs are for a Merrithew® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises.
