This is the fifth and final workout in the Intermediate Reformer Series. You'll need extension straps (for one exercise), a maple pole (for two exercises), and a reformer box. We’ll include more exercises considered intermediate level. This is a great workout, or a great review for those studying Pilates. Once comfortable with our intermediate series, move onto our advanced Series.
The recommended springs are for a Merrithew® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
