This is the third workout in the Intermediate Reformer Series and is meant to be performed after workouts 1 and 2. In this workout, we’ll continue to add in more intermediate level exercises, highlighted in the notes. Some previous exercises were taken out, so we can keep the workouts under an hour. Once you are comfortable with this workout, move onto the next in the series.
The recommended springs are for a Merrithew® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
