This is the third workout in the Intermediate Reformer Series. We continue to introduce intermediate level exercises, which are highlighted in the notes. Some previous exercises were left out, to keep the workouts under an hour. Once you have mastered this workout, move onto the next in the series.
The recommended springs are for a Merrithew® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
