This is the perfect introduction to Intermediate Reformer and is meant to be performed after the Beginner Series, or if you have some experience on the Reformer. In this first workout, we’ll include many of the exercises we practiced in the Beginner Series, but we’ll be adding in the intermediate level exercises. Once you are comfortable with this workout, move onto the next in the Series, Workout 2. Programming Tips: The recommended springs are for a Merrithew® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
