This Pilates based workout uses the fitness ball and weighted balls to both assist and challenge our favorite Pilates exercises. We recommend you complete the Beginner version to prepare you for the progressions and balance challenges programmed in this Intermediate version. Lastly and most importantly, have fun. NOTE: Take your time and focus on your contact points to ensure you do not fall off of the ball. When practicing kneeling on the ball, ensure to practice falling first to avoid injury. Focusing on a focal point also helps with balance. When in doubt, always refer back to listening to your body and Pilates principle #1, BREATH. *You can skip the balance section if you are not comfortable kneeling on the Ball.
