This is an intermediate Mat Workout using the Swiss Ball. The Ball Adds variety, as well as challenges to stability, strength, and balance - and the ball also adds just a bit of fun to any workout.
Programming Tips:
This program can be performed 3-4 times per week. Note: Not all exercises are for all people. Proper assessment by a trained professional is required before beginning any exercise program. Modifications may need to be made for some individuals. Some exercises may need to be omitted.
