This is a fun mat workout using the Fitness Circle and Resistance Band. This workout is programmed in sections, using either the Circle, Band or just body weight. This is a full body workout with multiple positions used throughout. This workout will help improve strength and mobility.
Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
