This is the last workout in our Intermediate Mat Series. We’ll be practicing all of the exercises we covered in previous workouts, and adding the last of the Intermediate Level Exercises. The workouts are designed to systematically help build your endurance and strength. These are progressive workouts, so be sure to master each workout before proceeding to the next, for the best results. The changes and additions are highlighted.
This workout is part of the Intermediate Mat Series. Be sure that you are confident with the Beginner Series workouts, before progressing to the Intermediate Level Series. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout. Once confident with this series, move onto our Advance Mat Series.
