This is the 5th workout in our Intermediate Mat Series. We’ll be building on the exercises we covered in previous workouts, and adding more progressions and challenges. This workout includes props (Resistance Band, Pilates Circle, Toning Balls) to add challenge to strength and endurance. The workouts are designed to systematically help build your endurance and strength. These are progressive workouts, so be sure to master each workout before proceeding to the next, for the best results.
Programming Tips: This workout is part of the Intermediate Mat Series. Be sure that you are confident with the Beginner Series workouts, before progressing to the Intermediate Level Series. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
