Intermediate Fitness on the Reformer Workout 1-14-19

You'll need a Pilates Circle for this workout. This workout is perfect for those who want a traditional fitness program, but on the Reformer. We begin with legs, then upper body, and finish with core work.
Programming Tips:
The recommended springs are for a STOTT PILATES® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises.
