This is an intermediate level, full body, fitness-based workout. We‘ll begin with global movements and then focus on each section of the body separately, beginning with lower body, moving to upper body, and finishing with core. Programming Tips: This full body workout is an intermediate intensity. If you do not have a Halo Trainer, you can do the workout without one, but the level of the exercises will change some will be more difficult and some easier. Remember that not all exercises are meant for all people so adjust the workout according to the level and ability of your clients.
