This workout is targets the glutes and abs. It’s a 25 minute workout and can be combined with other workouts or performed on it’s own. In this workout, I'm training Vanessa, an instructor at John Garey Fitness and Pilates in Long Beach, CA. There are 4 Rounds of exercises. Each Round focuses on either glutes & thighs or abs. Changes in reps and sets of exercises can be modified depending on the client’s needs and level.
Programming Tips: The sets and reps can be adjusted for time available and level of client. Most of the exercises can be performed without equipment.
