Fitness and Pilates Series Workout 1 - Weights and Reformer

This series is about combining the worlds of fitness and Pilates. In this workout, we’ll be using weights with traditional fitness exercises combined with some Reformer exercises. It’s a full body strength program. Programming Tips: The recommended springs are for a Merrithew® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
