Cycle - Shoulders and Arms - Stretch 8-21-20

It's time for another Cycle class with John.  There are two versions of this workout, one with music that John is using, and one with no music so you can add your own. This workout includes about 30 minutes of cycle, followed by about 10 minutes of Shoulder and arm work with dumbbells and a nice, well deserved stretch at the end.
