No Music. Equipment: Cycle, Mat. Put your own music in the background and get ready for another fun and energizing Cycle workout. We'll begin with about 30 minutes of cycling, followed by a bodyweight workout focusing on glutes and we'll finish with a wonderful stretch section. This is a 40 minute workout and you're going to feel awesome!
