Cycle-Glutes and Thighs-Stretch 7-31-20

Equipment: Cycle, Mat. Get ready for another fun and energizing Cycle workout. You can choose the workout with the music John's cycling to, or you can choose the workout without music and add your own. We'll begin with about 30 minutes of cycling, followed by a bodyweight workout focusing on glutes and we'll finish with a wonderful stretch section. This is a 40 minute workout and you're going to feel awesome!
