Cycle-Core-Stretch with Music 7-24-20
This is a cardio workout using a stationary bike. There is 30 minutes of cardio on the cycle, followed by about 15 minutes of core work and stretching. This is a great way to boost your metabolism. This version of the workout includes the music John is listening to in the background. There is a version with no music in the background as well, for those that prefer to use their own.
