Cycle-Core-Stretch No Music 7-24-20
This is a cardio workout using a stationary bike. There is 30 minutes of cardio on the cycle, followed by about 15 minutes of core work and stretching. This is a great way to boost your metabolism. No music is added to the background. It's perfect for those that want instruction, but prefer their to play their own music. There is a version with music in the background as well.
