This exercise is more challenging on the Reformer than on the floor because your feet are higher than your hands, meaning more weight is on your upper body. Push the carriage out until you are in a plank position.To Perform the Exercise:To begin, inhale and flex your elbows to do a push-up. Next, exhale as you push the carriage out keeping your body at the same level from the carriage. Then continue to exhale as you bring the carriage back to the start position with straight arms. Complete a few repetitions and then reverse the movement.
