Chair on the Mat Workout with Big and Small Ball 7-4-18

This workout takes Pilates exercises from the Chair Repertoire and puts them on the Mat using a Swiss Ball and a Small Stability Ball. It’s a great way to get a Chair workout without the Chair. Programming Tips: Not all exercises are for all people. Proper assessment by a trained professional is required before beginning any exercise program. Modifications may need to be made for some individuals.
