This workout is perfect for those who want to sculpt the midsection and glutes in under 20 minutes. It’s a beginner level workout using small equipment. We’ll do 4 rounds, each with 2 exercises, and we’ll complete 2 sets each round. Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds and there’s a 30 second rest between rounds. I’m using an app called Seconds.
Programming Tips: This workout can be performed two or three times per week. When you are confident with this workout, progress to the Butt and Gut Sculpt Workout 2.
