This Beginner Reformer Workout focuses on proper form and execution of the basic Pilates Reformer exercises. We’ll be moving at a slower pace, so this is the perfect routine for those who are just beginning, coming back after not exercising for a while, or for those who just want to move and feel great.
Programming Tips: The recommended springs are for a Merrithew® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
