This workout is for clients who are just beginning a Reformer Program, or for those who want a reboot. I find it’s important to go back to the basics after training on the Reformer for a while. These basic, but all important, exercises are so good for fine tuning movement patterns and helping clients build a strong foundation from which to progress on. This workout will focus on Pilates principles, as well as, mobilization of the spine, core strength, and strengthening the periphery.
