Reformer workouts should never be boring at any level. This workout is a fun strength and mobility workout for beginners, or for those wanting to review the beginner level exercises or a recovery workout. It is designed as a full body workout.
Programming Tips:
The recommended springs are for the Merrithew® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers may need different spring adjustments. Exercises can be added or taken out depending on client needs and abilities.
