This is the sixth workout in our Beginner Reformer Series. We’ll add more basic exercises and increase challenge of both strength and mobility. This series is progressive, so be sure to practice a workout until you’re comfortable with the exercises, then move on to the next one. Changes from Workout 5 are highlighted. Programming Tips: The recommended springs are for a Merrithew® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
