In our fourth workout, we’ll add more basic exercises and increase challenge of both strength and mobility. This series is progressive, so be sure to follow the order and practice the workout until you’re comfortable with all of the exercises. Then move on to Workout 5. Changes from Workout 3 are highlighted in the notes. Programming Tips: The recommended springs are for a Merrithew® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
