This is the second workout in our Beginner Reformer Series. We build on the basic Pilates Reformer exercises from Workout 1. Once you feel comfortable with this workout, try Workout 3. The changes from Workout 1 are highlighted in the notes. Programming Tips: The recommended springs are for a Merrithew® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
