This workout is the first of our Beginner Reformer Series. This workout is the perfect routine for those who are just beginning their Reformer practice. We focus on proper form and execution of the basic Pilates Reformer exercises. Once you feel comfortable with this workout, move on to Workout 2. Programming Tips: The recommended springs are for a Merrithew® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
