Beginner Reformer should not be boring. This workout is really for anyone at any level. It’s a fresh look at the beginner work. We focus on the work with a beginners mind and really pay close attention to perfecting the exercises in a fun and challenging way. Programming Tips: The recommended springs are for a Merrithew® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
