Length: 35 minutes This beginner level workout is perfect people new to Pilates or just coming back after not working out for a while. The program is full body and moves in all directions and is performed in many different positions. It’s a beginner workout that focuses on mobility and strength. Programming Tips: This program can be performed daily or it can be added to other workouts for a more complete program - for instance cardio, strength training, Pilates equipment, etc. I do believe that matwork should be completed at least a couple of times per week to get the most benefit for Pilates. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
