This workout deceivingly feels more like play than work. It is a creative way to incorporate the anatomical Pilates Principles into a full body flow. Intrinsic core muscles are targeted in order to balance and coordinate one move into the next in a very playful and “outside the movement box “way. Prepare to forget you are “working out”... until tomorrow that is. The most important part of blending movement modalities together is to take your time, breathe and have fun. Remember that learning a new skill takes time and growth always requires stepping outside of our comfort zone. Break down the individual movements until they flow effortlessly one move into the next. Use your strong Pilates principles to fire into the core when exercises feel challenging. With practice, it will start to feel more like play than work. Ah play. Remember that? Enjoy.
