Beginner Mat Workout with Resistance Band 1-2-19

This is the perfect workout for those just starting Pilates and for those who are coming back after not working out for a while. We’ll be using a resistance band to help us focus on mobility, body awareness, and strength.
Programming Tips:
Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
