This is the 9th workout in our Beginner Mat Series. Each workout progresses you to increase strength and mobility, while teaching your the fundamental Pilates Mat exercises. The changes from the previous workout are highlighted in the notes below. The previous workout is #6, as #7 and #8 are with props. Programming Tips: This workout is part of the Beginner Mat Series. Be sure that you are confident with the previous workout, before progressing to the next. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
